Have you ever experienced ringing in your ears?
Do you experience difficulty hearing conversations in a noisy background such as a crowded room or restaurant?
Do you have trouble following a conversation when two or more people are talking at the same time?
Do you sometimes have a problem hearing words or speech over the telephone?
Do you find yourself asking people to speak up or to repeat themselves?
Do you have trouble understanding speech on television?
Do you experience difficulty understanding the speech of women and children?
Do you have problems understanding speech when it is presented in a large room such as at a meeting or a place of worship?
